Natural Nutrition

I follow Barbara Wren’s approach to natural nutrition as I studied her Natural Nutrition Diploma at the College of Natural Nutrition (2013-2015).

Her approach to healing yourself through nutrition is based on the understanding that health is the natural way of being and can be restored by finding a personalised balanced diet. There’s not such a thing as a diet that fits all. Finding out about your habits and patterns can illuminate your path to wellbeing.

Indeed, the natural nutrition approach to health goes hand in hand with Yuan Gong and Jin Shin Jyutsu. We can help our bodies heal with these practises, however, if our nutrition is imbalanced, the healing process can be a lot more challenging. It’s so important to find harmony in what you eat and how you eat it in order to feel nourished and healthy.

How can I help you?

Come for a 75-minute questionnaire in which we will learn about your eating habits and patterns. A picture will emerge to help us address issues and start balancing the disharmonies. Addressing the present and starting making changes is all it takes. Gently and steadily, surely and safely, that’s how the progress to health and balance can be created.

For a consultation or if you have any questions, please contact me via the contact page.

Barbara Wren founded the College of Natural Nutrition. She has retired now but still gives lectures and works as a nutritional consultant as well as a homeopath. Both her publications (Cellular Awakening 2009, Our Return To Light 2013) present a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
